Stalker Up date and Restraining/Injunction orders 2009 Follow up on my Stalker situation, since she has NOT given up stalking me and as you can see this site is Number one on Google ( she hacks into google back doors to manipulate the searchs), I am forced to post the latest Legal documents that were resolved in my Favor. On 06/18/2008 a circuit court Judge in Florida granted me a Permanent injunction against my stalker in Long beach California. The judge specifically ordered that if she breaks these injunctions by contacting me via the internet, telephone or in person or solicits a third party to do so, he will order a warrant for her arrest to be enforceable in the state of California. THIS WAS A MIRACLE! I was and am till this day so thankful to this judge. I have also sent a copy of his orders to both police department (Florida) and the California police department so they have it on file. This Crazy Stalker then filed a motion to dismiss the judge’s orders while I was out of the country. She promptly had fired her attorney in Florida (I think she just didn’t want to pay him) and was representing herself. By law she was suppose to mail me a copy of that motion so that I who was also representing myself file an opposition. Well she did NOT, she knew I was out of the country because in my opinion she is still hacked into my computers and can see my plane reservations and activities! (Hey stalker are you reading this right now or are you out visiting sex shops again). The judge promptly then denied her motion thank you GOD! Alas, I also sued her in civil court and won a financial judgment against her for Stalking and computer hacking amongst other causes of actions. She tried to appeal that case but I guess who ever was helping her file these motions ( I think a paralegal she solicited on the internet) didn’t know how to appeal hence that motion was also denied by a county Judge in Florida. I filed an injunction against her as well and now these entire injunctions stand tall and in order. They are documented and can easily be obtained by any one who would run her name in search websites. I am so Glad that I have this documented for the rest of her life, the injunction for repeat Violence (yes stalking in the eyes of the law is called repeat Violence in the state of Florida) stands documented and will follow her like a Black shadow, so then NO other innocent person can be stalked like I have been and still am. Recently I had attended another legal matter unrelated to the stalker situation and the other parties had my documents from the stalkers motions, so I knew she had been in touch with any Foe in my life and my families just to continue harassing me! I promptly Announced the judge’s orders to all those legal entities she had been in touch with and they all shrank in their seat and hopefully they will have enough sense NOT to listen to who I believe to be 100% mentally ill (hey her psychiatrist in Los angels diagnosed her with paranoia and having auditory hallucinations and also obsessive thoughts in a subpoenaed medical records.) NOW that is documented for any Joe, dick and Harry to obtain if she decides to stalk some one else! She has filed what I believe to be my stolen private pictures and illegally obtained tape recording of my phone conversations with her then boy friend who was a family friend! It’s also my belief that till this day she is getting a little money here and there and like a dog wagging her tail runs over there and gives this man information about my family and me. This man was a gold digger in my opinion when has was associating with my family and it ended up in a legal matter, like Anna Nicole smith and he didn’t end up with much more than bread crumbs (his savvy attorney took it all, LOL) hence the eternal anger! I also subpoenaed her telephone bills and discovered that she forwards her number to other numbers and calls me 100 times a day obsessively. I have had calls from individuals posing as all kinds of characters on my private phone and at work. Hey stalker are you stuffing cup cakes down your throat as your reading this via what I believe to be another hacking job?!oh NO your trying to lose weight and die your hair red and busy buying clothes just like me so you can try to be! ( Stalker you are 100 plastic surgeries, and 15 years of education away from trying to even be 1% of me, so move on, why don't you go after Paris Hilton, isn't she more profitable for you?!) Finally I also discovered that when I travel in Florida or else where, she immediately finds some one from that area on the internet chat lines or meet up type of websites and solicits them against me. The crazy part is that I had found some of my stolen jewelry in a south Florida shop and her telephone bill contained some calls to and from south Florida. Though she tried to get a DA in CA to give her a letter that stated she didn’t have any evidence about the grand theft against her, I discovered that the stalker's attorney ( some old Hag lawyer who in my opinion LIES 24/7 for living) told the police that her clients ( the stalker and her boy friend) would NOT submit to a finger print testing or a lie detector testing, hence how can any one Rule out these people for the grand theft at a house in CA where I stayed sometimes? Well she calls our office and tries to pretend she is an insurance lady asking for our private business information, of course by now every one in our office is aware of the situation and just ignores her and hangs up and we keep a log of these daily calls for court. Finally stalker NO we do NOT take Medicare but it’s my personal belief that your brother does right? STALKER JUST GETS LOST FINALLY and GET A LIFE OF YOUR OWN! She even tried to question my graduate degrees that took me some serious years and hard work to obtain. I believe she had called a website that prompted people in my profession and had stated that I didn’t have a medical license to practice and so on……….( Moron I am NOT a Medical Doctor but your TOO STUPID to get it) She researched my degrees and the initials after my name (I swear if I didn’t see it in her childish self written motions I would have not believe her obsession with me)! OK stalker listen you who do NOT have ANY degrees, and supports herself via the PORNO poorly written stories on the internet and selling cheap books ( god knows how she inherited that. Poor who ever), needs to get LOST, you are NO body to research my degrees and you would NOT even understand any of it because you are UNEDUCATED! So stop calling my university and the whole world including the police department 24/7 and the state boards because let me tell you………….If you do NOT stop this psychotic obsession with me and my family I am prepared to take you to the federal court next time! Extortion Lawsuits filed by morally bankrupted lawyers! CA is one example of a very Bad apple for desperate and morally bankrupted lawyers who sue without a Viable claim on behalf of "societal Leeches", its time for these ambulance chasers to stop and smell the coffee. The next time a personal injury lawyer walks in to the ER or a hospital the doctors should refuse care to him/her.
